NCA tourist tax: 3rd period 2026
Return for September to December 2026 nights before 31 January 2027.
2026 income-tax return
Your 2026 furnished-rental receipts are declared in spring 2027 (micro-BIC or actual regime; under the actual regime the 2031 return is due early May).
NCA tourist tax: 1st period 2027
Return for January to April 2027 nights before 31 May.
Ban on F-rated dwellings
From 1 January 2028, an F-rated dwelling can no longer be let, tourist rentals included. Plan works and a new DPE.
Ban on E-rated dwellings
From 1 January 2034, an E-rated dwelling can no longer be let.
Past
NCA tourist tax: 2nd period 2026
Return for May to August 2026 nights before 30 September.
National registration teleservice
Since 20 May 2026, registering a tourist rental goes through the national teleservice, for every host.
